项目位于衢州市龙游县湖镇镇，项目涵盖居住、旅游、商业等多种功能。作为文化重镇，衢州以九大文化闻名。本案紧邻衢江，尤以商埠文化最为突出，设计由此出发，试图以商埠文化为主打IP，肩负起当地古文化传承与发扬使命，通过差异化与场景化营造，实现小镇“自运转”，力求打造华东地区最大的商埠文化特色小镇。

设计的核心策略在于将整个项目分为内外双环。内部环线主要包括酒店和商埠文化体验区，利用船只搭起商埠文化结构线。外部环线突出景观优势，沿自然景观面排布住宅，注重私密性；沿城市展示面分布商业，将客流引入内部。设计与当地文化传承相结合、与自然环境相一致，预先构思小镇生活场景，能使空间因具有情感而格外生动。

The project is located in Huzhen Town, Longyou County, Quzhou City, covering residential, tourism, business and other functions. As a cultural town, Quzhou is famous for its nine major cultures. This case is close to qujiang, especially the commercial port culture is the most prominent. From this point of view, the design tries to play the IP based on the commercial port culture, shoulder the mission of inheriting and developing the local ancient culture, and achieve the "self-operation" of the town through differentiation and scenario-based construction, and strive to build the largest town with commercial port culture characteristics in east China.
The core strategy of the design is to divide the entire project into inner and outer rings. The inner ring line mainly includes the hotel and the cultural experience area of the commercial port, using ships to build the cultural structure line of the commercial port. The outer ring line highlights the advantages of the landscape and arranges the residence along the natural landscape surface to pay attention to the privacy; Businesses are distributed along the city display surface to bring passenger flow into the interior. The design is combined with the local cultural heritage, consistent with the natural environment, and the town life scene is conceived in advance, which can make the space especially vivid because of its emotion.
